Plaque - Wolf Head
The Female Wolf Head plaque is by Nanoose artist, Brian Bob. It is hand-carved and painted out of cedar with a paua shell inlay.
Wolf is seen as the protector. Wolves always travel in packs and have strong family ties.

Brian Bob is a member of the Nuu-chah-nulth (Nootka) First Nation on Vancouver Island. His given name is Qquyutsapool which means "Policer of the wolves". Brian is known for his wood creations, truly keeping the tradition of his peoples in mind. He loves his art and is constantly developing new designs.
