Changes

We may update this shipping policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Shipping Costs & Times 

When checking out different shipping options and rates will appear after you enter an address please read them carefully in order to pick which is the right one for you some options have a estimated delivery date others do not. Canada Post and Purolator rates are based on the weight of the items in your order and the distance it needs to travel.

Tracking your Order

All shipping includes tracking. When we package your order a notification email will be sent automatically with a tracking number. to track your order simply click on the tracking number and it will open up a new page with up to date tracking information. 

In-Store Pickup

Online orders can be picked up for free in store at 3310 Comox Road Courtenay BC during regular store hours. We do ask for ID when orders are picked up. If you would like someone else to pick up your order let us know ahead of time.

Flat Rate Shipping (BC & Canada Only)

Online orders under $100 or under $50 qualify for flat rate shipping. Flat rate options do not have a estimated delivery date and are not recommended if you have a deadline. Packages will be shipped within 3 business days or less of your order being placed. They will be shipped through UPS, Canada Post or Purolator.

BC Flat Rates

Packages with a value of $50 or less can ship for$10. Over $50 but under $100 can ship for $15

Canada Wide Flat Rates 

Packages with a value of $50 or less can ship for$15. Over $50 but under $100 can ship for $20

Canada Post

Packages will be packed and shipped within 3 business days or less of your order being placed. Canada wide options include Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost and Priority.

All international packages are sent through Canada Post.

Please note that the estimated amount of days for delivery is counted from the day the package is brought to the post office not form the day the order was placed on. Adverse weather and other unexpected conditions out of our control can cause delays for up to date info on areas experiencing delays check the Canada Post website.

Purolator 

Packages being delivered by purolator will be packed and shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays afternoons orders placed after noon PST may not be shipped until the next shipment date(an order placed 3pm Friday will ship Tuesday for example).Only ground shipping is currently available.

Please note that the estimated amount of days for delivery is counted from the day the package is brought to the courier not form the day the order was placed on. The days listed are also estimates not a guaranteed delivery date.

Courier

Occasionally an order will be cheaper and faster to send with a local(Vancouver Island) courier service especially if it is a larger order with heavy or bulky items. If we think this is advisable we will contact you if you are interested in this instead of one of our standard shipping options please contact the gallery before you place your order.

On Reserve Delivery or In-Store pickup with Status Card

To have your tax exemption processed at the time of the order, you must submit the requested information prior to placing your order to see the tax exemption applied at the time of checkout. Please note that we are unable to refund taxes after an order has been placed. If you have already placed an order before setting up the exemption and it hasn't been shipped yet you can contact us to cancel it then get an exemption set up to place a new tax free order after following the steps below.

Step 1: Email us a photo of your Status Card with your name, nation and status number clearly displayed. If your address is on a reserve, please provide your shipping address in the email as well so that we can be sure to set you up for the right exemption.  
 

Step 2: We will send you a confirmation email that you can now place orders honouring your tax exemption at checkout. You’re all set!
