Plaque - Eagle
The Eagle with Salmon head plaque was hand-carved and painted by Nanoose artist, Brian Bob. It is made out of cedar with paua shell inlays.
The Rust version has the Salmon head and Salmon egg - 9" x 24.5"
The Stained version is 7" x 24"
The Standing version is 6.5" x 23.5"
Eagle is loyal and full of love, dedication, peace, and friendship.
Salmon is the life giver that represents every ending becoming a new beginning.

Brian Bob is a member of the Nuu-chah-nulth (Nootka) First Nation on Vancouver Island. His given name is Qquyutsapool which means "Policer of the wolves". Brian is known for his wood creations, truly keeping the tradition of his peoples in mind. He loves his art and is constantly developing new designs.
