Tax Exemptions

To get your taxes off in person please bring your status card so we can fill out the form for you to sign at checkout.

PST Exemptions 

All books and child clothing in BC is PST exempt and will not be charged by default for in store pickup orders, in store purchases and orders being shipped within BC.

Online Orders with On Reserve Delivery or In-Store pickup with Status Card   

To have your tax exemption processed at the time of the order, you must submit the requested information prior to placing your order to see the tax exemption applied at the time of checkout. Please note that we are unable to refund taxes after an order has been placed. If you have already placed an order before setting up the exemption and it hasn't been shipped yet you can contact us to cancel it then get an exemption set up to place a new tax free order after following the steps below.

Email us a photo of your Status Card with your name, nation and status number clearly displayed. If its for an in-store pick thats all we need if its for delivery please state the name of the reserve it is being delivered to in the email. Off reserver deliveries are not eligible for status card tax exemptions but you can place an order for pickup then contact us to pay for shipping separately that way you only pay taxes on the shipping charges.
