Joe Johnny
Joe Johnny started carving in 1977. He learned from his uncle Charlie G. Walkus, as well as other carvers from Victoria to Alert Bay.
He focused on his career as a carpenter for a number of years. He started carving again around 2014 after suffering a loss. He now carves with his son, Morris Johnny. Joe lives in Port Hardy, BC.
