Art Card - Young Dancers at Pow Wow

This painting is done of a child at a Pow Wow which Neil Howell attended in Mission, BC. Neil attended all the Pow Wows he possibly could. Indigenous people from all over the continent are well represented at the Mission Pow Wows. Since all the tribes tend to dress in contemporary dress, it is impossible to determine which tribe this child is from.
