Necklace - Copper with Skull

This stunning necklace was handmade by Kingcome Inlet First Nation artist Clyde Dawson.

Pieces of Copper were hammered into the shape of a shield, were among the most valued items at Northwest Coast potlatches. Among the Kwakwaka'wakw, coppers increased in value each time they changed hands.

Measurements: 2.75" x 1.5"
