The Raven mask was hand-carved and painted by K'omoks artist, Trevor Hardy. The beak opens and closes, but can be latched shut. Lighter than customary masks of its size.

Raven is the curious trickster responsible for putting the sun, moon, and stars into the sky. This light bringer represents prestige and knowledge.

Trevor Hardy is a member of K'omoks First Nation. He was taught by his grandfather, Ernest Hardy and Uncle Stuart Hardy. Trevor has been carving since he was 10 years old and evolving as an artist over the years.
