Coast Salish First Nation artist Alfred Crocker hand carved and painted this incredible Eagle and Salmon yellow cedar plaque. The eyes of the Eagle and Salmon are accented with Abalone.
The Eagle is a loyal animal who mate for life and are often seen as symbols of peace and friendship.
Salmon is seen as the giver of life, salmon represents prosperity and new beginnings.
Abalone healing carries energies of protection and emotional balance. It brings with it a natural shielding that blesses the person holding it with tranquility.

About The Artist
Alfred was born in 1950, and is from Chemainus BC. He started carving in 1991 and was instructed by Tommy Paul, who is also his inspriration.
