Carey Walker

Carey Walker is a member of the Hagwilget Wet’suwet’en Nation.  She is an artist and painter who was inspired by her Great Grandmother to learn traditional beading techniques.   She is able to combine her love of art with beadwork to create something unique.  By blending traditional methods along with modern materials Carey has developed her own style,  while still honoring her cultural heritage.
