Mask - Raven

The Raven mask was hand carved in the Bella Bella Coast Salish style by Kwakwaka'wakw artist, Gilbert Dawson in Alert Bay. The black paint sparkles.

The Raven is the trickster responsible for putting the sun, moon, and stars into the sky.
