Maxwagila'ogwa

Maxwagila'ogwa is a young queer artist. They started beading in 2018 learning from their mom and other family members. Now they also design their own beading patterns. Each pattern is made with an intention and/or a story behind it. They are interested in and have experience in filmmaking and theatre.

They are Dzawada̱'enux̱w from Kingcome Inlet and have roots and family in many other communities.
