Description
"Fireweed is high in iron, copper, potassium, vitamin A, vitamin B, calcium, magnesium and manganese. It's an incredible immune booster, lowers blood pressure, restores metabolism, helps burn fat, aids a healthy gut biome, and clears out metal toxins in the body. This tea is full of antioxidants, is anti-inflammatory, and has anti-microbial benefits that work against cancer cells. Each fireweed leaf is crushed to break the leaf membranes by vigorously rolling the leaves which release it’s natural juices. It’ll sit in a dark place and be turned everyday, twice a day to be fermented for 3-5 days. After it begins to smell like an over ripe pineapple, it’s then dehydrated. We are left with a wonderful tasting black tea with zero caffeine."
