Eagle, Bear and Salmon Spirit Plaque
Artist: Richard Thomas
NorthWest Coast First Nations artist Richard Thomas hand carved this eye catching cedar plaque. Starting at the bottom of the plaque there is a bear with a salmon spirit and then there is an eagle with another bear within it. Richard has been carving for the last 40 years since he was mentored by Jimmy John and Maury Clarke. He is an everyday carver, who claims it to be a natural high.
